Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped within Germany via DHL.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are a flat rate of €5,99 per order.
Orders over €60 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Time:
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after receipt of payment.

Shipping Countries:
We currently ship within Germany only.
Shipping to other EU countries is not available at this time.

Payment:
Orders are shipped after payment has been received (e.g., via PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer).

Note:
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hallo@hi-kidz.de so we can find a solution.
